Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will review your request and provide a replacement or credit if approved.

We cannot accept returns for personalized or custom-made items due to their unique nature.
